DMV-EX-0001

CIDRIS is the Connecticut Impaired Driver Record Information System. Impaired drivers are arrested by law enforcement and are determined to be impaired above the limits the accused on either a Uniform Arrest Report (UAR) or a Criminal Summons. CIDRIS has validated the data received from law enforcement and prepares a message to DMV which includes all the required data necessary for DMV to administratively prosecuted the OUI case. The key record number for this case is either a UAR number or a Criminal Summons number.
