Sex Offender Release List

A Sex Offender Release List is an exchange from the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation to the California Department of Justice when a subject is a sex offender and the subject will be released from state prison in six months.  The Sex Offender Release List contains a  list of subjects to be released.  The Sex Offender Release List contains subject number personal identification information and information relevant to the release of the subject. The Sex Offender Release List is one of 44 IEPDs developed by the California Department of Justice - Data Exchange Project to support information exchange between state and local government organizations throughout the state of California.  It could also be adapted for use in other states.
