Notice of Sex Offender Registration Requirement (SS8047)

A Notice of Sex Offender Registration Requirement (SS8047) is a form sent from the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation when a subject is released to parole or discharged and is a sex offender.  The information is sent to the California Department of Justice the Law Enforcement Agency with jurisdiction and to the Prosecutor.
