CIDRIS is the Connecticut Impaired Driver Record Information System. The CIDRIS system receives and accepts an administrative disposition from DMV. If the DMV case originated from a law enforcement agency (i.e. case was not in process prior the implementation date of CIDRIS). CIDRIS sends a message to the CAD/RMS system of the arresting agency for this case with the administrative disposition for the case.
