NIEM 3.0 Release Candidate Out for Review

The NIEM 3.0 Release Candidate (RC) is here! RC reflects feedback we have received from Alpha and Beta. 

RC is the last stage before the final operational release!  The RC review period is September 4-9, 2013.  All feedback is due by midnight Monday September 9th.
