Verbal Notice by Peace Officer DMV or Court Employee (DL310)

A Verbal Notice by Peace Officer DMV or Court Employee (DL310) is sent from the Court or Law Enforcement Agency to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) when the DMV's records show a "verbal notice needed" and the Court or Law Enforcement Agency administered the verbal notice to a subject.  The Verbal Notice by Peace Officer DMV or Court Employee (DL310) contains subject's driver license information agency information court information and signature block.  The Verbal Notice by Peace Officer DMV or Court Employee (DL310) is one of 44 IEPDs developed by the California Department of Justice - Data Exchange Project to support information exchange between state and local government organizations throughout the state of California.  It could also be adapted for use in other states.
