Suspicious Activity Report

A Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) is sent by an agency identifying suspicious activity to a Fusion Center and various other interested agencies.  The Texas SAR is an extension of the national standard SAR v1.01The Suspicious Activity Report is one of 28 IEPDs developed by the Texas Path to NIEM project to support information exchange between state and local government organizations throughout the state of Texas.  It could also be adapted for use in other states.
