CIDRIS is the Connecticut Impaired Driver Record Information System. This exchange is initiated by the judiciary when they wish to have an OUI case sealed or unsealed  due to the age of the defendant or after the completion first offender requirements. CIDRIS processes this message and marks the record with a sealed flag. If a subsequent message is sent for the case CIDRIS will update the case as unsealed.
