Request Courtesy Supervision

The Request Courtesy Supervision exchange is used when transferring a subject's probation from one county to another.  If subject requests probation to be transferred from one county to another the current Probation Department informs the Probation Department to which the subject would like to be transferred. The Request Courtesy Supervision contains information about the probation subject and response choices for the Probation Department to which the request is sent.  The Request Courtesy Supervision is one of 44 IEPDs developed by the California Department of Justice - Data Exchange Project to support information exchange between state and local government organizations throughout the state of California.  It could also be adapted for use in other states.
