Referral Document 1203.9 P.C. Transfer

A Referral Document 1203.9 P.C. Transfer is sent from the court to a receiving Probation Department when a subject is transferred to another county. The Referral Document 1203.9 P.C. Transfer contains information from the sending probation department regarding the subject's identity and offense information data from the receiving probation department such as housing information and court information including a signature block.  The Referral Document 1203.9 P.C. Transfer is one of 44 IEPDs developed by the California Department of Justice - Data Exchange Project to support information exchange between state and local government organizations throughout the state of California.  It could also be adapted for use in other states.
