Offense Report

An Offense Report is sent by a Court or District Attorney to a Sheriff when an offender has been sentenced to a State Institution.  The Offense Report is included in the Pen Packet. The Offense Report is one of 28 IEPDs developed by the Texas Path to NIEM project to support information exchange between state and local government organizations throughout the state of Texas.  It could also be adapted for use in other states.
