Minnesota Unsolicited Messages
The Unsolicited Law Enforcement Messages are received by an agency to inform them of activity at another agency or for administrative reasons. The two types of messages are: Administrative Message which may be of a general nature regarding the messaging switch or for any other purpose. KOPS Message which is an alert for officers to Be on the look out for.. a vehicle or person. These messages are intended to help keep officers safe from known hazards or dangers in the field. These messages are received by multiple agencies in a general broadcast. To use: The schema containing the root element is MNAMKOPSMessage_1.0_mnr.xsd. The other schemas are imported and should be in the same directory as the root element schema.
