Licensed Foster Care Provider Notice

A Licensed Foster Care Provider Notice is sent by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) to a law enforcement agency having jurisdiction over the location of a Licensed Foster Care Provider.  This provides the law enforcement agency with the information necessary to send a Law Enforcement Dispatch To Licensed Foster Care Provider Notification if law enforcement is subsequently dispatched to the location. The Licensed Foster Care Provider Notice is one of 28 IEPDs developed by the Texas Path to NIEM project to support information exchange between state and local government organizations throughout the state of Texas.  It could also be adapted for use in other states.
