CIDRIS is the Connecticut Impaired Driver Record Information System. The CIDRIS system receives and accepts a Judicial disposition from the courts. If the OUI case originated from a law enforcement agency (i.e. case was not in process prior the implementation date of CIDRIS). CIDRIS sends a message to the CAD/RMS system of the arresting agency for this case with the judicial disposition for the case.
