A Law Enforcement Dispatch to Licensed Foster Care Provider Notification is sent by a law enforcement agency to the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) when law enforcement is dispatched to a Licensed Care Provider. The Law Enforcement Dispatch to Licensed Foster Care Provider Notification is one of 28 IEPDs developed by the Texas Path to NIEM project to support information exchange between state and local government organizations throughout the state of Texas.  It could also be adapted for use in other states.
