IEPD0001_05MAR08_DMV_Endorsement

Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) has statutory requirements to not allow persons charged with specific offenses to hold student transportation endorsement.  We have developed a process to match Criminal Justice Information System Offender Based Tracking System (OBTS) repository against data provided by DMV.  We return data indicating when we have found a match based on the criteria provided by DMV.  The Department of Motor Vehicles uses this information to revoke licenses to promote public safety.
