Document Service Request

A Document Service Request is to request a document be served.  An agency sends the Document Service Request to a Court for action by the Court.  The Court then sends the Document Service Request to the requesting agency and the Office of Attorney General District Attorney Texas Department of Public Safety sends the Document Service Request to the process server. The Document Service Request is one of 28 IEPDs developed by the Texas Path to NIEM project to support information exchange between state and local government organizations throughout the state of Texas.  It could also be adapted for use in other states.
