Disposition Report

A Disposition Report is sent by a Court when a case has been adjudicated and the offender sentenced.  The Disposition Report is sent to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS).The Disposition Report is one of 28 IEPDs developed by the Texas Path to NIEM project to support information exchange between state and local government organizations throughout the state of Texas.  It could also be adapted for use in other states.
