Delinquent Child Support Notification

A Delinquent Child Support Notification is sent by the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) a Court or Child Support Office to a target agency if that agency can restrict benefits revoke supervision for delinquent child support if an individual is delinquent on child support payments. The Delinquent Child Support Notification is one of 28 IEPDs developed by the Texas Path to NIEM project to support information exchange between state and local government organizations throughout the state of Texas.  It could also be adapted for use in other states.
