A Criminal History Notification to Licensing Agency is provided by a Court if requested by a Licensing Agency. The Criminal History Notification to Licensing Agency is one of 28 IEPDs developed by the Texas Path to NIEM project to support information exchange between state and local government organizations throughout the state of Texas.  It could also be adapted for use in other states.
