Client Supervision Plan

A Client Supervision Plan is completed by the Probation agency when an offender is sentenced to probation.  The Client Supervision Plan is sent to the Sheriff who will include it in the Pen Packet if the subject is later convicted and sentenced to a State Institution. The Client Supervision Plan is one of 28 IEPDs developed by the Texas Path to NIEM project to support information exchange between state and local government organizations throughout the state of Texas.  It could also be adapted for use in other states.
