Booking Report

A Booking Report is completed by the Jail when a subject is booked into Jail.  The Booking Report is sent to the Sheriff who will include it in the Pen Packet if the subject is convicted and sentenced to a State Institution. The Booking Report is one of 28 IEPDs developed by the Texas Path to NIEM project to support information exchange between state and local government organizations throughout the state of Texas.  It could also be adapted for use in other states.
