Blood Alcohol Report
A Blood Alcohol Report is sent from the Sheriff to the Probation Department if a blood test is completed and if a related case is pending the results are sent to the Prosecutor. The prosecutor will send the results to the Public Defender. The Blood Alcohol Report contains data about the time and location where the blood sample was taken analysis of the blood sample and signature block. The Blood Alcohol Report is one of 44 IEPDs developed by the California Department of Justice - Data Exchange Project to support information exchange between state and local government organizations throughout the state of California. It could also be adapted for use in other states.
