Arrest Warrant

A national reference model for an Arrest Warrant which can be adapted to the local data requirements of a state locality or tribe. Typically an Arrest Warrant is requested by a law enforcement official or a prosecutor and is issued by a court upon its finding of probable cause to believe that the subject committed the specified crimes.  Once issued an Arrest Warrant is often reported to state and national repositories.  This IEPD was designed for the initial phases of an Arrest Warrant's lifecycle:  creation "packing" and reporting.  It was not designed for subsequent phases such as quashing or clearing.
